Tonight, Wakefield is on the mound...the season is riding on a old knuckleballer. Beckett couldn't close the deal the other night and Lester stunk up the place last night; what hope is there?!
The bandwagoners who are taking up all the seats went dead quiet last night as soon as things started going bad. That's disgraceful, real fans would have at least booed and showed some negative emotion. Total silence, the boys may as well been playing before an empty park in Butte Montana!

My pregame prediction: Sox win. Why? I think Wakefield will be on. Of course, I might just be setting myself up for more misery, but really, old habits die hard.
I hate watching Wakefield pitch. At this point, I would have preferred Bartolo "Bag of Donuts" Colon.
Sox came back from a 3-1 deficit last year against a better team. And let's not forget that they beat a strong Angels team last week.
Is that David Ortiz or Mo Vaughn? Ouch.
I should mention, while I'm making bold predictions, I predict a McCain/Palin landslide come Election Day!
