Failure Threat Level raised again!

What? you say.
Yes the Sox made it into the postseason and the ALDS doesn't even begin for 2 hours, nevertheless the Undersecretary has decide to raise the level to:

BLOODY CRIMSON - season ending failure likely in the next week.

Here's the rationale. Beckett and Lowe are hurt, Papelbon has not been consistently lights out and Manny's bat, I hate to say, will be missed. Add to that the fact that the Angels have dominated the Sox all year and this is a best of 5 series. So the season could be over in the next week.

As for the national economy, the Failure Threat Level is obviously WHITE HOT!

Uh oh, doom, you're showing your age ... Lowell is hurt, not Lowe. Ah, how we miss D-Lowe anyway.

The economy gets bailed out and the Angels get bailed out thanks to Tito's unfathomable love of Javier Lopez. Now what?
